Troubleshooting
Fix: Add / fix the TV guide (EPG) source
If your channels play but the TV guide is empty or shows the wrong times, the EPG (electronic programme guide) source or its timezone offset is the usual cause. 4KUSATV includes a full EPG; the fix is almost always in the player, not the subscription.
Empty guide
- In the player, force an EPG refresh (IPTV Smarters: Settings → EPG → refresh; TiviMate: playlist → EPG → update).→ The guide fills in within a minute or two.
- If still emptyCheck the player is using the playlist's built-in EPG (Xtream Codes) rather than a blank custom URL.→ Programme data appears.

Guided check 1 of 2
Do this: In the player, force an EPG refresh (IPTV Smarters: Settings → EPG → refresh; TiviMate: playlist → EPG → update).
Expected: The guide fills in within a minute or two.
Guide is shifted by hours
- In the player's EPG settings, set the time offset / timezone to your local zone (and check daylight-saving).→ Programme start times line up with what is actually on.
