Troubleshooting
Add an M3U/M3U8 playlist URL to any player
An M3U link is a single URL that contains your whole 4KUSATV playlist — channels, logos and stream links. Most players accept it. If 4KUSATV also gave you a server URL plus a username and password, that is the Xtream Codes method instead — use the page for that.
Add an M3U URL — any player
- Open your player and choose 'Add playlist' → 'M3U URL' (not 'Xtream Codes', not 'local file').→ A single URL field appears.
- Paste the M3U link from your 4KUSATV email exactly. Do not add or remove characters.→ The player fetches the playlist and shows a channel count.
- Wait for the first load to finish (large playlists take a few seconds).→ Channels, and usually the EPG, appear.

Guided check 1 of 3
Do this: Open your player and choose 'Add playlist' → 'M3U URL' (not 'Xtream Codes', not 'local file').
Expected: A single URL field appears.
If it fails to load
- Check for a space accidentally pasted before or after the URL.
- Make sure you picked the M3U option, not Xtream Codes.
- Try the link in a desktop browser — if it downloads a file, the link is valid and the issue is the player option.
