4KUSATV takes copyright seriously. This page explains how a rights holder, or their authorised agent, can report content they believe is being made available without permission, and what happens next.
How to send a complaint
Send your complaint through the contact link below. To act on it we need enough detail to identify the material, so please include: the work concerned; the exact channel name, title or identifier where you believe it appears; the date and time you observed it; your name and organisation; a statement of the rights you hold or represent; and contact details we can reply to.
A complaint that does not identify specific content cannot be acted on, because there is nothing to locate. If you are acting as an agent, say on whose behalf.
What happens next
Complaints are acknowledged and reviewed. Where content is identified and the complaint is substantiated, access to that content is removed or disabled. Where a complaint is unclear, we come back to you for the detail needed rather than closing it silently.
Repeated, substantiated complaints about the same source lead to that source being dropped.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can tell us, with an explanation and your contact details. We will review it and restore access if the removal was wrong.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly making a false claim of infringement causes real harm and, in several jurisdictions, carries liability. Please only submit a complaint about rights you actually hold or represent.
