These terms govern your use of 4KUSATV and the IPTV subscription sold through this site. By starting a trial or buying a plan you agree to them. They are written in plain language and may be updated; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
The service
4KUSATV provides access to an IPTV streaming service: live television, an on-demand library and live sports, delivered over the internet to an app on a device you own.
4KUSATV sells the subscription only. It does not sell or rent hardware, and it is not affiliated with the makers of any third-party player app (for example IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or Kodi).
Channel and on-demand availability changes over time and is not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is a promise that a specific channel, network, event or title will be available on a given date.
Trial, plans and billing
A 24-hour free trial is available and does not require a payment card. The trial gives access to the full service for that period.
Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and for a chosen number of simultaneous connections. Checkout and billing are in US dollars. You choose your plan, connections and term before any payment; the price is the one shown on this site.
There is no automatic renewal. When a paid term ends, access stops until you buy a new term. You do not need to give notice or take any action to stop or pause.
Acceptable use
Your login credentials are for your household and the number of connections on your plan. Do not publish, resell or share credentials outside your plan (a separate reseller programme exists for selling the service).
Do not use the service to break the law in your location. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply where you watch.
4KUSATV may suspend or end access for credential sharing beyond the plan, payment fraud, or abuse of the service or support channels.
Service commitments and limits
Most orders are activated within minutes; every order is activated within one business day of a completed payment.
Support is included with every trial and every plan, through the contact channel linked below.
Internet streaming can be affected by your connection, your device and upstream networks. The service is provided on an "as available" basis and brief interruptions can occur. We do not publish an uptime percentage because there is no measured figure to stand behind.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this site is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current term.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or province.
Changes and contact
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
