Troubleshooting

Fix: IPTV shows no channels

Fix: IPTV shows no channels (empty channel list after login). Work through the checks in order — each one tells you whether to stop or move to the next. Most cases are the connection between your device and the internet, the stream quality, or server load at a busy time.

Fast checks, in order

  1. Start here
Does the player show an empty list, or an error before the list loads?
→ Error before the list → this is a login problem; use the login-failed guide. Empty list → continue.
  2. Force a playlist / EPG refresh in the player, or remove and re-add the playlist with the same login.
→ The channel list repopulates → the cached list was stale. If not, continue.
  3. Check any category filter or 'hidden groups' setting in the player — a filter can hide every channel.
→ Channels reappear when the filter is cleared. If not, continue.
  4. Log in to the 4KUSATV client area and confirm the line is active, then contact support with your username.
→ Support can see whether the line has categories assigned server-side.

Guided check 1 of 4

Start here

Do this: Does the player show an empty list, or an error before the list loads?

Expected: Error before the list → this is a login problem; use the login-failed guide. Empty list → continue.

If it is still happening

  • Device and player (e.g. 'Fire TV Stick 4K, IPTV Smarters').
  • Wired or Wi-Fi, plus your measured down/up speed and jitter.
  • The exact channel(s) or content and the time it happens.
  • Whether VOD is affected too, or only live channels.
