Enter it

  1. In TiviMate, open Add playlist and pick the format that matches your email.
    → The right set of fields appears.
  2. Type the values exactly — the port on the server URL and the case of the username/password both matter. Do not paste with a trailing space.
    → TiviMate connects and the channel list loads.
  3. Wait for the first EPG refresh.
    → The guide fills in.
