Common TiviMate problems

  1. Login fails
    Re-check the server port and credential case; remove any trailing space.
    → Connection succeeds.
  2. Guide empty
    Force an EPG refresh in TiviMate; confirm it is using the playlist's own EPG.
    → Programme data appears.
  3. Buffering
    Raise the buffer to 10–30s and drop stream quality; test wired.
    → Playback stabilises.
